Founded in 2008 with its debut project in Hyderabad, Sai UVR Properties has since grown into a name trusted across South India — extending from Chennai to Coimbatore, where three projects now stand completed.
SAI AASHRAY at Vadavalli was a complete sell-out, followed by UTSAV PRASHANTHI at Alandurai — a gated community with 23 villas and 98 apartments, again a sell-out. Currently, UTSAV HILLS at Thudiyalur with 4 blocks and 115 apartments is Ready to Move In.

At Sai UVR, he sets and maintains high standards and ensures their consistent implementation across every level of the organisation. His meticulous approach to project management guarantees deadlines are met without compromise — only the finest construction materials are used, so durability and aesthetics go hand in hand.
